Janusz combines deep legal knowledge with long-term experience and a business-minded approach, which is greatly appreciated by his numerous clients.

He specialises in civil law, law on bills of exchange (including bill of exchange and draft claims), company law, and environmental law. He represents his clients in court litigation, and advises domestic and foreign economic entities with regard to transformations, mergers and acquisitions, enterprise development, and obtaining funds from investors.

As part of our firm’s cooperation with advisory companies, Janusz coordinates comprehensive transactional services that are provided in relation to investment processes concerning start-ups.

He negotiates contracts and agreements, including investment, implementation, and distribution agreements, and managerial and enterprise management contracts.

Additionally, he offers legal advice with regard to marketing new products.

Janusz’s clients are predominantly from the IT, transport and automotive industries.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 1988, he passed the judicial exam in 1991, and obtained the attorney-at-law title in 1992.

He is fluent in both Polish and English.
